The RB6000-HD baler/logger delivers powerful, high-volume production with automatic baling and logging cycles and a 175 HP Cummins turbo diesel engine. With heavy-duty compression forces and the option to go portable or stationary, it’s built to handle automobiles, appliances, and lightweight sheet iron with ease. Baling: 16–19 tons per hour
Logging: 19–25 tons per hour
Automobile Logging: 26–32 tons per hour
The RB6000-HD produces dense bales and logs built to meet weight targets:

Bales: 40” x 24” x variable, 850 lbs. average
Logs: 40” x 24” x variable, 1200–1400 lbs. average

Built for durability with superior Hardox liners and reliable cylinder forces — 170 tons of main compression and up to 270 tons per side on the folding box — this machine handles even tough materials with ease.
