The T1100-HD’s heavy-duty hinge door is built to maximize material retention and improve overall logging efficiency when processing bulky materials and automobiles. Designed for demanding applications, the hinge door helps create tighter, more consistent bales and logs while allowing operators to efficiently manage oversized loads with greater control throughout the compression cycle.
The T1100-HD combines the capabilities of a shear, baler, and logger into one highly adaptable machine. With its 36-inch throat opening, it easily handles oversized materials and simplifies automobile logging better than many machines on the market today. Sierra’s smart cutting cycle technology automatically adjusts the guillotine height based on the material load, helping improve cycle time efficiency and reduce wear on components.
